Came in for dinner. That wasn't a good idea. Food was dry and Luke warm. The selection of food was slim. Sodas were flat. There's an odor in the restaurant I can't quite describe. The best thing I ate was the buttered potatoes. I would not recommend this place. Go next door to Bigg's pizza.
When most food in Sweetwater is hamburgers, Mexican, and BBQ this place is a great alternative. The staff is always so nice, they work hard to make sure you have a great experience. Sometimes the food has been out for a while but thats because most mericans don't eat outside thier comfort zone.
I went to eat at this restaurant at 1 pm when the food should have been fresh but it was not. The wings were old and dry. The little egg rolls were dry. A lot of the rest of the dishes looked like they were leftover from the day or night before. The desserts were ok. And the rice and mushrooms. They had boiled shrimp on ice but I was afraid to eat it. And I love shrimp. Then to top it off they charge $7.50 a person. I will not be going back.
Disappointed with this buffet restaurant! I have never seen a grilled chicken bathed/soaked in broth or maybe water and the taste is just bland! Anything with crabs in the buffet line taste nothing like crabs! If you want my opinion, stay away from this place and you may be better off just being hungry!
