We've had a nice and pleasant stay here. The manager is friendly and helpful. Much better than other rv parks in the area.

Used it as an overnight stop. Easy on and off I-20. Friendly available staff. Good wifi, level. What more do you need.
This is the cleanest RV park in Sweetwater, but improvements could be done. All utilities are included for $400/mo. Laundry room is small but clean and will kept; change machine in laundry accepts $1's & $5's only. Restrooms/showers are open, very little privacy to take shower(3 each) no privacy to use one toilet No place for kids and local residents that live there are not respectful of picking up after their pets. Limit spacing especially for big rigs and motor coaches. No cable and wifi is intermittent during the day, relatively not existent when everyone comes homes from work. Limited parking; just enough room between spaces to park a vehicle but watch out when opening doors to not hit next trailer. Owner lives on site and checks area frequently.
