Room was dirty, toilet leaked which flooded the floor, dead roach in the room, black widow in the room, multiple kinds of bugs, ac did not work, and candy wrappers in the room which says it has not been cleaned. I felt disgusted staying there but I guess you get what you pay for.
Excellent service and great rooms! Though the building may be old, the key sometimes have trouble accessing the room, and funky ways to open the door to the hotel room, it's still a great affordable place to stay. My boyfriend and I love it. He works for Blattner Energy, and it's a perfect place to stay.
The management is very rude and unprofessional. She makes everyone read the signs over the breakfast bar. Don't ask for two extra towels because you have to bring them right back. I guess you get what you pay for.
I'm only putting a 1 star because I can't give less. The room was dirty, bathroom floor was slimy and the bathroom smelled like urine, we didn't have a fridge in our room even though others who travelled with us had one in there's. The man at the desk when we checked in was incredibly rude, spoke to us like we were children and made it unpleasant. The handsoaps they have are almost unusable. The pool is completely drained, even though it was cold it still looks bad. The power outlets were crushed into the wall exposing the side of the outlet, very dangerous. The "breakfast" they supplied in the morning is by far the worst claim of food I've ever seen. The only pleasant part of the experience I had was with the Lady in the office when we checked out. She was very friendly and personable. I've stayed at a lot of hotels and this one is probably the worst experience and hotel I've stayed at.
This place was amazing really top-of-the-line. The hotel was perfect, the staff was even better
