stayed for 3 days for a family event, nice rooms, good breakfast and courteous staff and front desk, made the the experience that much better knowing we would be coming back to a clean refreshing room. Will definitely be returning to this hotel when we travel back!
Great location near shopping, food and gas stations. Friendly staff. Clean, well-maintained rooms. Fast elevators. Good breakfast. The pool and hot tub were warm with plenty of dry towels. One morning, I noticed that the restroom near the conference room was dirty (looked like a young child has had an accident). I notified the front desk and they had it clean within 2 minutes.
Everything great except breakfast leaves a bit to be desired. Even being free there are better even at other Hamptons.
From check in we were off to a great start! We arrived late and the front desk lady was so pleasant & efficient. The whole staff was top rate! Very friendly! The rooms were very clean. They offer complementary breakfast and the selection wasn't bad at all. I enjoyed the oatmeal, waffles and a cheese omelette. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I would definitely recommend this place for your next meeting or stay.
The location was convenient, close to both a Walmart and a Little Caesars. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast was good with a variety of offerings. The children enjoyed the pool and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub. I used the fitness center and found everything in good working order.
