Scheduled an oil change for our car. Paul was so polite and respectful through the whole process. He was clear about the cost before the oil change. He was polite when he called to let us know the car was ready. When we picked it up, he covered in great detail all that was checked on our car. We weren't just a number going through the Service area. Paul seemed to genuinely enjoy his job and helping us with getting our vehicle serviced.
This place sucks! This is the only Ford dealership I have been to that only services your truck by appointment time. That does me no good considering I don't live here only passing through due to work and need a truck serviced and they won't do it. Thanks so much ... NOT!
