Came from Arizona to buy a fifth wheel from Chris at the Family RV Center. We bought the RV before we actually saw it. Chris worked with us, sent us pictures and answered any all all questions we had. We knew what we were looking for. Huge price savings fromAZ dealers. I was skeptical doing business this way but it was the best experience purchasing anything I have ever had! Came to pick it up and it was ready and waiting on time just as promised! Couple things needed taken care of and they were on it right away. Would recommend Chris and his associates to everyone!

Called about a crucial part we needed at the beginning of a holiday weekend and were told it was there in stock. Drive two hours, stop to pick it up and told by the SAME person we talked to on the phone “we don’t keep it in stock, sorry we can’t help you.” We could have driven a different route and even gone out of our way to another location that had them in stock if we had know the parts employee was going to flat out lie to us! We are stuck in a serious situation late afternoon before a holiday weekend with no concern or care from this place.
I highly recommend Family RV! This was our first purchase from them but it was by far the easiest/happiest purchase we have ever made and we will definitely return in the future. The staff, Gabe in particular, was extremely helpful and patient with us as we were initially nervous to make such a long distance deal. We found what we wanted in their online inventory, I called with general questions to start the process and a week later it was ours. The responses were prompt, thorough and there were never any surprises whatsoever! If there were any details we needed to be aware of regarding the fifth wheel we were interested in, Gabe called immediately to let us know. We received great prices, honesty and fantastic customer service! Our experience was 100% positive and I would absolutely recommend anyone to Family RV.
