If the office is going to have a phone number listed then they should answer the phone. I have called 13 times and each time I am forwarded to a message machine from Austin. I cannot get in contact with them and no city employee has a way to reach them.
The representative is very impatient and otherwise rude to customers. She doesn't care about the person's overall visit with the company nor does she act like she enjoys her job.i told her I was having trouble with forms of proof of address and all she said was tough luck you need to find it. After finally filling out the form for my i.d I got a tempary it has officially expired two to three months later and I still haven't gotten my hard copy. I went down to see what happened and I was told I never finished the process , but yet I got my temporary. She then proceeded to try and charge me again, and I think this is a very poor way to handle your business and doesn't even treat customers the way she should. She's supposed to make them feel welcome not make them feel like reatards for forgetting a piece of paper. I personally hate having to go there and I would never tell anybody to go there to get any for of liscense or i.d. for the sole purpose of how she treats people and her job.
