Called at the beginning of the week and spoke with Jeff, who made an appointment to come out on Friday morning at 8 AM to do some work at my house at Lake Sweetwater.. I told him I was coming from Abilene, and drove out early Friday morning to meet him. He never showed up, answered the phone, or called me back after I called several times to ask where he was. I left two messages and they were never returned. Three weeks have gone by now and Jeff has not returned any of my calls. How unprofessional and a compete waste of my time, especially since I drove in from out of town.
