Quick and courteous.
We hit a pot hole and blew out one of our tires as we were heading back to Lubbock on Sunday night. We were able to reach Sweetwater Auto and Tire that night and because of the odd tire size, they had to order a tire for us. The tire was supposed to be delivered on a Tuesday but they went out of their way to make sure that we were back on the road with a new tire that Monday afternoon!
