We go there because we love the original sandwich so much. We give the food 5stars;but the service today less than 1star.

Longest wait I've ever experienced at the drive window.
We were traveling from NM to NC and stopped in late one night before reaching our hotel. Connie did a fabulous job explaining the menu (I had never eaten at Schlotzsky's) and offering wonderful suggestions. The food was great and we will be making this one of our stops when traveling back east.
