I personally will never go back I had a loan with them and paid it off, I get a letter from the every other month asking me to get a loan, I called and spoke with Rudy the manager and he is very rude, I have recommended them to several people that I know have gotten a loan never never again!!! Worse customer service ever!!!
I gave them a one star Michelle and Ysidra are very good workers they helped me with my taxes as for Rudy he's so very rude he waisted my time with my application and couldn't help me because my wife had a loan but he knew this from the beginning and still took all my information I asked him why did he waste my time if he knew he couldn't help me and he told me I was rude all I asked was why was he getting my info if he knew he couldn't help and to never call again and hung up, well just for that they lost a client I will take my business else where and believe they won't see there money from my wife bet that my suggestion go somewhere else unless you like rudeness he's probably pissed cause he didn't get his cheese burger he wanted lol anyways good luck to those who have to deal with him.
